Description

This sloppy joe pizza is super easy sloppy joe filling on top of store bought garlic bread, smothered with cheese. Too easy not to try!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can sloppy joe sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or Colby jack works best)
  • 1 loaf store bought garlic bread
Instacart Get Recipe Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and follow the instructions on the sloppy joe sauce package to make sloppy joe filling.
  2. While the beef is browning, follow the instructions on the garlic bread package and cook for 2 minutes less than the package says.
  3. Remove the garlic bread, open it up, and place it butter and garlic side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Top the bread evenly with the sloppy joe filing and top the beef with the shredded cheese.
  5. Broil the pizzas for 3 minutes or until desired (if you like the cheese browned).
  6. Slice the pizzas into slices about 1 1/2 inches thick and enjoy!

Notes

I recommend serving this with a little salad on the side to get in some greens!
